Harvard and Oracle Labs are developing an extensive set of graph benchmarks. These benchmarks will be based on both well-established models of graph growth, drawn from a wide range of disciplines, including social networking, computational biology, as well as actual provenance data collected by the group on the Provenance-Aware Storage System (PASS). The benchmarks will contain queries based on fundamental graph operations (e.g., spanning tree, shortest path, etc.) drawn from the target domains listed above.
