Glenn (Guoliang) Li is a Consulting Member of Technical Staff at Oracle Labs, San Diego. He is currently working on TB/s chip-to-chip interconnect using Si photonics. As an optical device lead, he has managed multiple rounds of Oracle’s Si photonics tapeout in a commercial CMOS process.
