GraalVM and Oracle Database Multilingual Engine: languages and compilers in the Wild

In this guest lecture at the compiler course of ETH Zurich, we present Oracle's compiler technology, GraalVM, and also show how this can be integrated into Oracle Database in the scope of Multilingual Engine (MLE) which allows executing user-provided code in modern programming languages like JavaScript.
