Summary

The goal of this project is to design hardware to do addition of Oracle numbers and then to simulate the hardware design to get power and performance estimates. This information will be helpful for the RAPID system design because we think a hardware implementation of this function will be more energy efficient than the current software implementation. The design will be done in Verilog and then synthesized to our target process and library for the power and performance estimates.
